• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and well-cared for.
• Take and relay orders accurately and efficiently to the kitchen, using our POS system (Toast).
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of presentation.
• Assist with table setup and cleanup, ensuring the dining area is always clean and presentable.
• Uphold our restaurant's high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest concerns or requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience, from the moment guests enter until they leave.
• Stay informed about our menu and specials, and recommend dishes to guests based on their preferences and dietary needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests from diverse backgrounds.
