📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and optimization of HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial and industrial facilities.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and contractors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure the optimal performance of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project progress and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC and refrigeration industry, with a focus on installation, maintenance, and optimization.
• Certification in HVAC and refrigeration systems, such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or Refrigeration Service Engineer (RSE).
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainability practices.
