Elastic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Regional Services Partner to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our services offerings in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver exceptional services and support, ensuring our clients achieve their business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the delivery of Elastic's services portfolio in the MENA region, including consulting, implementation, and support services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.,Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth in the MENA region.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of services and solutions across the organization.,Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize service delivery.,Provide thought leadership and best practices to the services team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Elastic's product offerings to drive innovation and value for customers.,Represent Elastic at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to build brand awareness and thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.,8+ years of experience in a sales, consulting, or services role within the technology industry, with a focus on cloud, data, or security solutions.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing customer relationships in the MENA region.,Strong understanding of Elastic's products, services, and solutions, with a focus on Elasticsearch, Kibana, and Elastic Stack.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers and partners.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement and innovation.,Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
