📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting and purchasing Dior products.
• Stock and organize merchandise to maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of in-store events, such as fashion shows, pop-ups, and promotions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed daily sales targets.
• Stay updated on Dior’s latest collections and trends to offer informed recommendations to clients.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including inventory management and security protocols.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and needs to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to Dior’s brand values and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, fashion, or luxury sales, preferably in a high-end or boutique setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assist a diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with luxury brand products and trends, and a passion for fashion and style.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, embodying the elegance and sophistication of the Dior brand.
• Valid work permit and visa for Bali.
