📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the payroll process for contract employees, including data entry, calculation, and distribution.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for contract employees.
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
• Provide support to the finance team in managing payroll-related financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and reports.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for contract employees.
• Provide payroll-related training and support to department heads and managers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest payroll trends, regulations, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration.
• Proficient in using payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of local and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
