As a Finance & Accounting Officer, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will use tools like QuickBooks and Excel to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are accurate
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
• Provide financial support to the operations team
• Participate in financial analysis and strategic planning

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus
