IT Server & Storage Engineer

Berca Hardayaperkasa is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Server & Storage Engineer to join our infrastructure team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the backbone of our enterprise IT environment, responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of server and storage infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain VMware vSphere environment, including ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and related components.
• Manage and optimize storage infrastructure, including SAN and NAS solutions, to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Monitor and maintain server and storage performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Collaborate with the IT team to design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT teams.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage and rapid response to critical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in server and storage administration.
• Certifications in VMware vSphere, including VCP-DCV and VCAP-DCA, are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of SAN and NAS technologies, including Cisco UCS, NetApp, and EMC.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools, such as PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
• Proven track record of maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
