Join the National Volunteer And Philanthropy Centre (NVPC) as an Intern for Pre-Charities & Ground-Up Partnerships and contribute to meaningful community initiatives through the BAGUS Together programme. You'll work closely with our team to support the growth of local communities, helping to create positive change through collaborative efforts.

As an intern, you'll have the chance to work on real projects, using tools like Google Workspace, Trello, and Slack to streamline your workflow and collaborate effectively with your team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning and coordinating community initiatives and volunteer activities.
• Support the development and implementation of partnership strategies with local organizations and government agencies.
• Conduct research and gather data to inform programme decisions and strategies.
• Assist in the management of volunteer recruitment, training, and deployment.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of community projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations to document programme progress and outcomes.
• Assist in the organization of community events and workshops.
• Support the team in maintaining and updating programme documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree programme in a relevant field such as social sciences, community development, or related disciplines.
• Strong interest in community development, volunteer management, and partnership building.
• Proficient in using Google Workspace, Trello, and Slack for project management and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations within Bali.
• Passionate about making a positive impact on local communities.
