🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Research and Development, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading product development projects from concept to market.
• Strong understanding of consumer preferences and market trends in the chocolate industry.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as SAS and SPSS.
• Experience with product design and development using tools like AutoCAD.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
