📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the development and implementation of digital transformation projects to modernize public sector operations.
Collaborate with government agencies to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor and evaluate project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Provide training and support to government staff on new digital tools and platforms.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the public sector.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital transformation and public sector management.
Represent the government at national and international conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or public sector management.
Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Digital Transformation (e.g., CDP, CDIO) are a plus.
Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects in the public sector.
Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Power Platform, and Tableau.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
