📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Disaster Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in disaster management, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Certification in disaster risk reduction and management, such as the International Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre's Disaster Risk Reduction Certification.
• Strong understanding of national and international disaster management frameworks and standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in using disaster management software and tools, such as HAZUS, GIS, and GIS-based disaster management systems.
• Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to disaster management.
• Commitment to the principles of disaster risk reduction and resilience-building.
