📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing them with clear instructions and guidance to ensure that they are able to carry out their tasks to the best of their ability.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately recorded and that stock levels are maintained at the appropriate levels.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.,Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of all staff and visitors to the warehouse.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure that all regulatory requirements and industry standards are met.,Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff.
