📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using training management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Certification in training and development (preferred).,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
