Lead and manage process development projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and Infineon's quality requirements.,Develop and implement metrology strategies to monitor and control semiconductor manufacturing processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in process yield and performance.,Conduct root cause analysis and propose solutions to address process deviations and equipment issues.,Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in semiconductor technology and metrology tools.,Ensure compliance with Infineon's safety, health, and environmental policies.,Participate in on-call rotations to support production and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on process development and metrology.,Strong understanding of semiconductor process technologies, including lithography, etching, deposition, and implant.,Proficiency in metrology tools and techniques, such as SEM, AFM, and ellipsometry.,Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and teamwork abilities.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
