📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and representation to clients in cross-border transactions between Indonesia and China,Ensure compliance with Indonesian and Chinese laws and regulations,Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents,Conduct legal research and analysis to support the legal team and clients,Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies and policies,Provide training and mentorship to junior legal staff,Stay up-to-date with developments in Indonesian and Chinese laws and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in cross-border transactions,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Chinese laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Familiarity with legal software and technology tools
