📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers upon arrival, providing a warm and professional welcome.,Answer and direct customer inquiries, including appointment scheduling and service information.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and inviting.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.,Update and maintain customer records and files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.,Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, to support the office operations.,Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Promote Depot Krisna Auto Service's products and services to customers and potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
