📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Create tutorials, user guides, and other educational materials to support our customers.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to best practices.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Mentor and guide junior technical writers to improve their skills and knowledge.,Assist in the development of technical writing processes and tools to improve efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Experience with Agile methodologies and a customer-centric approach to product development.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
