New Direct Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Staff Service (Cashier) to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, providing excellent customer service, and managing a team of cashiers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Handle all front desk transactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and guest information.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Train and develop new staff to ensure high standards of service are maintained.,Monitor and report on cash handling and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and security.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Proven experience in managing a team and leading service operations.,Strong knowledge of front desk procedures and guest service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid ID and work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
