As the Lead Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and supplies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs and goals.,Manage the procurement process from supplier selection to order fulfillment.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Monitor and analyze procurement performance to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on materials and supplies.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.
