📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Perform routine laboratory tests to ensure product quality and safety.

Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.

Prepare and maintain laboratory records and reports.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Conduct routine inspections and maintain a clean and organized laboratory.

Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues.

Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.

Knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and other food safety standards.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software.

Valid food safety certification is a plus.
