📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and processing payroll.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall HR strategy.
• Assist in the organization of HR-related events and workshops.
• Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
