📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
