📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance evaluations, and training records.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation, including payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.,Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management on employee satisfaction and retention.,Assist in the development and maintenance of a positive work environment, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
