📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure we meet our hiring needs and timelines.
  • Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates to assess their fit for the role and our company culture.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company's hiring needs and market trends.
  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the company's employer brand.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with the retail industry is a plus.
