GreenEarth Resource Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mining ESG Consultant to join our team in Pangkal Pinang. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies for our mining operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement ESG strategies for mining operations, including environmental impact assessments, social responsibility programs, and governance frameworks.,Conduct ESG audits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Provide guidance and support to mining teams on ESG best practices and initiatives.,Collaborate with stakeholders, including local communities, regulatory bodies, and industry partners, to address ESG challenges and opportunities.,Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics and KPIs to senior management.,Stay up-to-date with emerging ESG trends, regulations, and best practices in the mining industry.,Develop and deliver training programs on ESG topics for mining teams and stakeholders.,Represent GreenEarth Resource Solutions at industry conferences, forums, and events to promote ESG best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in ESG consulting or a related field, with a focus on the mining industry.,Strong understanding of ESG principles, regulations, and best practices in the mining industry.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, or TCFD.,Knowledge of mining operations, including open-pit, underground, and processing facilities.
