📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for construction sites,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate hazards,Provide training and guidance to site personnel on safety protocols and best practices,Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation,Collaborate with site management to ensure safety is integrated into all project activities,Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or related field,Minimum 5 years of experience in safety supervision in the construction industry,Certification as a Safety Officer or equivalent (e.g., OSHA, SHEQ, etc.),Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards applicable to the construction industry,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure,Proven track record of successful safety management and incident prevention,Familiarity with construction site operations and equipment
