📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end management of water and wastewater treatment plants, including design, construction, commissioning, and ongoing operations.
• Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards.
• Implement and monitor maintenance schedules to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of treatment facilities.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain detailed operational and maintenance manuals for all treatment plants.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment plant management, with a focus on EPC projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex treatment facilities from design to commissioning.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Thorough knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies, including chemical dosing, biological processes, and physical treatment methods.
• Familiarity with SCADA systems, PLC programming, and other automation technologies used in treatment plants.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites and work in diverse environments.
