📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
