Oversee the overall operations and performance of the company.,Manage and develop the team, ensuring high performance and employee satisfaction.,Drive strategic initiatives and ensure they align with the company's goals.,Develop and implement business plans and marketing strategies.,Manage financial planning and budgeting, ensuring profitability and growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Represent the company in various business and networking events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.,Strong knowledge of financial management and budgeting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with digital marketing and web development is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
