PT Maju Tani is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our growing team in Badung, Bali. As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in managing employee relations, recruitment, and other HR-related activities. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, laws, and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Previous experience in a similar role in a company is a plus.
