As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including discipline and grievance resolution.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management on workforce planning and development.,Assist in the implementation of employee benefits and rewards programs.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accuracy and timeliness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in English is a plus.
