📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the financial operations of the dental clinic, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
  • Oversee the accounting and financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure financial stability and growth.
  • Monitor and control expenses, ensuring they are in line with the budget and financial goals.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to the management and stakeholders.
  • Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management on financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of the dental industry and its financial aspects.
