CV Akasia Bhakti is seeking a dedicated Assistant Accounting Staff to join our team in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta Raya. We are looking for a professional who can assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.

Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations.

Support the accounting team in the preparation of tax returns and filings.

Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

Provide administrative support to the accounting department.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
